Edwardian banded agate pendant/brooch, c1910

$1,675.00

We love the delicious marmalade shade of these glowing and beautifully matched banded agates.

They provide a handsome variation on a classic Edwardian design. The solidity of the cabochon stones contrasts charmingly with the open spaces between them, and the tendrils and curlicues of 15-carat yellow gold.

The drop-down bale is ingeniously made – the ring at the top can sit flush or be rotated 90 degrees to accommodate a chain.

And of course this piece can be pinned to a lapel, offering maximum versatility in a striking ornament.
